I have one more Maui post in my head, and a vacation reading list to share, but first I had to document the fact that Christmas is happening. We bought our card through Etsy this year and I was pleased with the results.
We did ours in the form of a postcard. Because it was oversized, I didn’t save on postage, but I didn’t have to buy envelopes and stuff them. That is a plus. I wish there had been a place to cancel the stamp, other than on Scott’s forehead, but oh well.
We bought a Christmas tree from Home Depot. It was a good price but immediately began losing needles. We have piles of needles each day under the tree, despite my obsessiveness about cleaning them up. It only has to last for a few more days so I am not very concerned.
Aunt Dot is my main ornament supplier.
We are finally finished with the hustle and bustle of the season and can enjoy the good stuff: family, friends, and the celebration of Christ’s birth. Merry, merry Christmas friends.
Love it!
